Once upon a time in a village near Rajshahi, there lived a clever farmer named Rahim. One day, the king's minister came to collect extra taxes. Rahim, being wise, asked the minister a riddle: 'What grows without rain and shrinks with sunshine?' The minister couldn't answer. Rahim said: 'A shadow.' Impressed, the minister reduced the taxes for the whole village.
